Sewer Refund Application

The Town of Argyle provides water and sewer to Belmont FWSD 2 residents. Due to a billing error, residents who lived in the District prior to March 2024 may be entitled to a refund.

 

To request a refund:

1. Download and complete the attached form.

2. The form must be notarized. (See below for options.)

3. Submit the form via email to Candi Smith (csmith@argyletx.com) or by mail to P.O. Box 609, Argyle, TX 76226.

You will receive a check and statement showing how the refund was calculated within 30 days. Please review the calculation before depositing your check as your deposit will release the Town of Argyle from any further claims.
