Update from the Town of Argyle on Sewer Refunds

Belmont 2 Residents,

Due to a water & sewage billing error from the Town of Argyle, a refund will issued to Belmont 2 residents who lived in the District prior to March 2024. The Town of Argyle is working closely with the Argyle Water Supply Corporation (AWSC) to quickly and accurately calculate a refund amount for residents.

The AWSC is currently working on a detailed report of usage data that will be provided to the Town of Argyle after December 17, 2024. Once the report is generated, refunds are expected to be issued quickly.

For Current Residents:

Active AWSC customers will see a credit applied to their water accounts.

For Past Residents:

Former (Before March 2024) AWSC customers will be issued a check, sent to the most current address submitted through the Sewer Refund Application.
