Update on Argyle Water Supply Corp. Billing System

Residents,
We are aware that credit/debit card payments for water utilities are not available at the moment.
BridgePay Network Solutions, the payment processor for Argyle Water Supply Corp, is currently experiencing a widespread outage due to a ransomware attack that began on February 6, 2026.
The attack has disrupted card processing for merchants nationwide, forcing the company to revert to cash-only transactions.
Initial forensic analysis indicates that no payment card data was compromised, and any files accessed were encrypted.
BridgePay is actively working to investigate the incident and restore service, but unfortunately there is currently no estimated timeline for full restoration.
